This CNC probe is mounted on the Z-axis and features an electrically rotating touch stylus.
In its idle state, the stylus is positioned upward. When measurement is required, it automatically rotates downward into the active position.The main advantage of this design is that there’s no need to insert the probe into the spindle, which not only improves measurement repeatability but also significantly reduces setup time.
